Things to consider when scheduling your appointment:
1. Schedule during a time when you can be fully present and focused.
2. Consider the environment in which you will be in. If this is a Facetime/Phone coaching session you will want to be in a space that is quiet, comfortable, and free of interruptions. If this is an Energy Healing or Sound Healing Mediation session please come dressed comfortably to your appointment.
3. Allow yourself at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to center yourself.
